Yinshi’s aim is to make meditation easier and more accessible to 1m by 2025 , helping combat an epidemic of stress and poor mental health in the process
Yinshi was first conceived when Leigh found himself for the umpteenth time his office's 7th floor toilets, trying to meditate. He was there because that was the only quiet, private space in the building.
The gentleman in the cubicle next to him had other ideas though and did everything in his power to stop him finding zen.
After that he vowed to find ways to make meditation easier and more accessible for himself and others, so as many people as possible can experience the improved mental health it brings about.
Yinshi’s solutions – meditation pods – offer people a peaceful and private space in which to enjoy the full benefits of meditation.
Leigh is a huge advocate of meditation and the benefits it brings and Yinshi’s target of making meditation more accessible to 1m people by 2025 ties in perfectly with what The Big Sit are also trying to achieve.
