Mindfulness Coach; Founder of Mindful Moments & Light On Life
Having spent almost a decade in the corporate communications industry before discovering the life-changing practice of mindfulness, Erin is today a practitioner and advocate of mindfulness as a way of life. She is a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher as recognized by the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Center for Mindfulness, and holds a Master of Science in Studies in Mindfulness with the University of Aberdeen, UK.
Erin co-initiated The Big Sit as well as founded Take A Pause - a weekly virtual community practice currently offered via Insight Timer Live. She is dedicated to supporting individuals and communities in improving their mental health and wellbeing, and developing skills of mindful awareness and self-regulation for better resilience, mental flexibility and emotional balance, through the integration of attentional skills in both personal and professional lives. She supports organizations in bringing mindfulness into the workplace and introducing the practice of mindfulness to their employees.
